Ministarstvo nauke Republike Srbije organizuje SPS NATO Info dane u Srbiji, koji će se održati: u Beogradu, 27.septembra, u svečanoj sali Rektorata Univerziteta u Beogradu, sa početkom u 10 časova i u Novom Sadu, 28.septembra, u
sali Fakulteta tehničkih nauka Univerziteta u Novom Sadu, sa početkom u 10 časova.
Program – Nauka za mir i sigurnost (Science for Peace and Security (SPS)), osnovan je u 2006.godini, u nameri da ojača saradnju u svim partnerstvima baziranim na civilnoj nauci i inovacijama. Cilj SPS programa je da doprinese sigurnosti, stabilnosti i solidarnosti među nacijama, primenom najsavremenijih tehničkih ekspertiza u rešavanju problema. Umrežavanje kroz saradnju i uvećanje kapaciteta su instrumenti koji se koriste za ostvarenje viših ciljeva, kao što su: olakšavanje kontinuiranog demokratskog rasta i podrška ekonomskom razvoju u NATO partnerskim zemljama.
Cilj Info dana je da naučnu zajednicu Srbije informiše o karakteru i+ mehanizmima finansiranja u okviru SPS NATO Programa.
