The Conference will be hosted by St. Petersburg Academic University of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
School-Conference with international participation will be held March 28 - 30, 2016, at St. Petersburg Academic University of the Russian Academy of Sciences. School-Conference includes a series of invited talks by leading scientists with the aim to introduce young scientists with actual problems and major advances in physics and technology. In the afternoon, poster session will be held in which undergraduate and graduate students will present their work.
Abstract submission due date is February 21, 2016. Please, find attached the official poster of the Conference. Each paper has a chance to be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series cited in Web of Knowledge.

The topics will cover key areas of modern Physics of Semiconductors, Optics, Photonics, Opto- and Nanoelectronics, Spintronics, Electro- and Magnetooptics as well as Biophysics.
