IX beogradsku gimnaziju “Mihailo Petrović Alas”, Prirodno-matematički smer, završio 1996. godine.
Zvanje diplomiranog građevinskog inženjera stekao 2001. godine na Građevinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, Odsek za konstrukcije.
Titulu magistra tehničkih nauka stekao 2004. godine na Institutu za zemljotresno inženjerstvo i inženjersku seizmologiju u Skoplju, nakon završenih međunarodnih postdiplomskih studija pod pokroviteljstvom DAAD-a, na engleskom jeziku.
Doktorsku disertaciju (na engleskom jeziku) odbranio 2013. godine na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka, Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
U zvanje redovnog profesora na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka, Univerzitet u Novom Sadu, izabran 2024. godine.
