Stevan Grabić, rođen u Novom Sadu 30. septembra 1972. god.,upisao je 1991. god. na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka u Novom Sadu smer Industrijska elektronika. Septembra 1997. zaposlio se na katedri za energetsku elektroniku i pretvarače kao stručni saradnik,a naredne godine je primljen na mesto asistenta-pripravnika na predmetu Energetska elektonika. Magistarsku tezu pod nazivom:"Novo rešenje u povezivanju vetro-turbine sa sinhronim generatorom sa stalnim magnetima na električnu mrežu" odbranio je11.06.2004.god. na FTN Novi Sad.
