Course is active from 21.10.2012.. Familiarization with the basic electronic circuits and learning the operating principle of the typical electronic devices which in use in the industry. Acquiring basic knowledge about designing automated industrial systems. The students are familiar with the basic electronic devices frequently used in the industry. They are capable of reading technical documentation of industrial systems. They are also able to solve the simplest practical problems in the field of industrial automation. Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), typical analog inputs and outputs, typical digital inputs and outputs, industrial electric motors, industrial communication protocols, basics of industrial control systems (hysteresis, PID), sensors in the industry. Lectures, auditory practice and laboratory practice.
