Similar to students, teaching and administrative staff can also take part in exchange programs. The main difference from student exchange is the duration of mobility, which mostly lasts up to a month. The reasons for mobility can be various, but the most frequent ones are work on a common project, improvement of teaching through the exchange of experience and good practice, holding lectures, enhancing cooperation etc. Teaching and administrative staff can attend exchange on the grounds of bilateral cooperation agreements or projects which enable student and staff mobility (ERASMUS MUNDUS and CEEPUS).
