Course is active from 01.10.2003.. The course focuses on introducing students to contemporary approaches to human resource management and the changed role of the individual in terms of creating learning organizations and knowledge economy. Human capital is the basis of the success of the organization, particularly in terms of constant and unpredictable change. The importance of consideration of individual potential, abilities, personality, motivation, and especially knowledge, is the basis for human resource management and employee development, and thus the development of the organization. The goal is to introduce basic personal prerequisites for the creation of desired organizational behaviors and alignment with organizational goals organizational goals. Forming knowledge and attitudes that would create the preconditions for the creation of useful knowledge usable in reality. Human resource management in our organizations recognized as the weakest segment management, a segment that has the greatest asset potential. Practical knowledge and skills are passed on the basis for the concept of management and human resource development in a knowledge economy. Teaching is done interactively, with the active participation of students in the teaching process. Number of exercises, case studies, practical tasks has increased, with the aim of theoretical approaches and practical approach to students enabling easier adoption.
