Course is active from 03.12.2018.. Acquiring knowledge about the levels of industrialization and the application of industrial methods in the construction of buildings. Ability to analyze the construction process from the point of view of the application of industrial principles for the construction of buildings. Ability to plan and organize the construction process, using industrial methods in construction. The acquired knowledge is directly applied in engineering practice, as well as for further research in the field of building technology and building management. Industrialization in construction - the concept of technology and construction organization. Analysis of buildings from the aspect of the application of industrial methods. Method of selecting industrial methods in the design and construction of buildings. Industrial methods that can be applied in the construction of buildings. Follow-up processes in the application of industrial methods in construction. Teaching process is realized through lectures in the form of presentations of certain methodical units and the preparation of seminar work on a topic in the field of teaching. At the exercises, the students, with the help of the assistant, solve the problematic issues related to the topic of seminar work. Further information can be obtained during the consultations. The examination includes the entire course content from this semester and it is taken in written form (assignments and theory). The final grade is formed on the basis of lecture and practice attendance, seminar work and written part of the examination.
