Course is active from 01.10.2010.. The subject is studied in order to gain general knowledge and specific skills for understanding the importance, the essence, the approach in the development and organization of the company procedures and basic managerial processes, and for the planning, organization, management and control of the functions of the company and the company as a whole. Students gain general knowledge and specific skills based on which they become competent for the analysis process of the company and its functional structure, analysis of the factors in companies and their mutual interdependence, generating alternative solutions, and selecting the best organizational structure, addressing specific organizational problems at the time of operation in the enterprise environment - the market and the management of a firm and the company as a whole. Technology development in organization; position of man in the process of work - a man, work and technology; mission, objectives and policies of companies; factors of the company, the company processes and their interrelationships; basic flows of the company; Design of effective organizational of enterprise structure; Design of of information flow ; communications system Design of companies; effectiveness of the organizations; process of enterprise management; methods and techniques of business management. Teaching in the case include: Lectures, practical analysis of specific examples of organizational structures of companies; auditory exercises in which are shown examples in the form of elaborate organizational and managerial methods and techniques and the development of seminar work, which is an independent student work - a case study for a company from the perspective of the organization of the management. Seminar work is done in exercises and extra-curricular time.
