Course is active from 01.10.2013.. Aim of the course is establishing attitude about different technical and technological means, as acquiring concrete and practical knowledge in the field of scenic techniques and technologies. Ability for independent studies of history, theory and practical use of scenic techniques and technologies in the theatre and other types of spectacle. Student is expected to have built personal views, ability to present them, argument and problematize verbally. The course is directed toward studying development of scenic technical and technological tools primarily in twentieth century. It will be studied history of scenic techniques and technology, typology of scenic technology, technological procedures and processes, as well as technical running of institutions and projects. Special area of study are the criteria and principles in creating team, task assignment, establishing and controlling the quality, as well as health and safety issues in the process of scenic technical production. Lectures with demonstrations in given topics; Discussions in the lectures and workshops; Preparations of shorter exposures by students in the workshops; Writing a term work (setting a theme, collecting literature, analysis of the literature, conception of a structure, realization of the work, oral exposure of the work).
