Course specification
Course is active from 01.01.2007.. Acquiring basic practical knowledge in the field of practical electronics in simpler devices. Students gain knowledge and experience in designing and simulation of simpler analog and digital circuits and applications of optoelectronic components etc. The main objective is preparation of students for independent design, simulations, execution and testing of electronic circuits. Besides, students learn to write project reports and to present them in public. -Ability to design and make simpler electronic circuits and smaller systems. -Ability to design and make devices for solving smaller practical problems of consumer electronics -Ability to design and make simpler circuits with actuators and sensors -Ability to design and make simpler mechatronic components and sensors. Design, simulation and making of simpler electronic circuits and systems.
Design, simulation and making of analog and digital circuits. Analog circuits: different types of active filters, AD and DA converters, amplifiers of voltage and electricity, audio amplifiers, power amplifiers, etc. Digital circuits: electronic lock with password, PWM driver for DC motor, electronic cube, pressure counter on key, step motor driver, comparator coins, etc.
Optoelectronic circuits: infrared receiver/transmitter, infrared sensor system, etc.
