Introduction to theoretical and practical fundamentals of innovative financing models for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises. The main objective of this course is to complement the knowledge about the possible ways of investments in innovation that are based on information and communication technologies, through the active participation of all students. Acquired knowledge and skills will be useful in solving practical business problems as well as for choosing the most appropriate financing models. Additionally, the knowledge gained will be of use when selecting financing models of future start-ups. Financial reporting overview. Ratio analysis and break-even point. Enterprise value estimation. International financing of innovations. Public framework for financing innovation. Lectures. Numerical and auditory excercises. Consultations. The exam is oral with pre-exam group work obligation. Oral exam is organized in accordance with the list of exam topics. Final mark is formed by measuring the success in the pre-exam obligation and oral exam.
