Course is active from 09.04.2014.. Course is studied in order to gain general knowledge and specific skills for understanding and development and organization of the company structure and the procedures for the application of knowledge and skills for the planning, organization, management and control of the functions of the company and the company as a whole. Students gain general knowledge and specific skills to become competent in the analysis of process in the company and its functional structure, analysis of the important factors in companies and their mutual interdependence, generating alternative solutions, and selecting the best organizational structure and solve specific organizational problems at the time of operation in the enterprise environment - the market.
