Students acquire basic knowledge about: classification, quality and quality control of goods, properties, significance and specificities of particular types of goods, identification of goods, packaging and packaging, securing cargo during transport and transport of light-duty goods.

Knowledge of technical, technological, security, economic, administrative and environmental conditions for handling, storage and transport of goods packed in packaging made of various types of materials, with special emphasis on the choice of transport packaging, packaging and transportation means. Students' ability to organize transport of easy-to-carry goods and provide cargo during transport.
