Course is active from 01.10.2013.. The goal of Human Resource Management course refers primarily to introduce students to the role and importance of human resources in work processes. Modern trends in the business all indicate the need for more study of human personality characteristics and behavior of employees in organizations. Terms of increasingly rapid and complex changes in human activity puts into the foreground. Human capital that is the basis of the other segments of the intellectual capital of the organization, requires the construction of special access, especially in conditions of instability, in which our country stands. The course is aimed at a general meeting with all the factors that determine the behavior of employees and understanding the possibilities for their optimal functioning.
