Acquiring basic knowledge in the field of microelectronic technologies, integrated circuit design and characteristic, technology of micro sensor, MEMS and three-dimensional integrated circuit production. - ability to design electrical schemes of simple logical circuits in CMOS technology using Full-custom and Semi-custom method
-ability to design masks of simple integrated circuits using CAD software tool
-ability to simulate basic Pf/microwave integrated circuits (inductors, capacitors, filters)
-ability to carry out simple measurements on silicon wafer Methods of obtaining massive and thin single crystals. Planar operations in the preparation of Si integrated circuits.
