Course is active from 01.10.2003.. Introducing participants to the basics of applied psychology of communication is necessary for successful business in the modern world. Basic concepts in the study of "communication" will be shown in the examples of business situations. Participants will be able to create a communicational frame of reference from which it is possible to solve the resulting communicational problems. You will gain an overview of current topics and research pertaining to the practice, and, if necessary, to know where to look for additional experience and information for further specialization. Participants will be able to recognize in the field communicational problems, creating an optimal strategy for solving the problem and apply some of the lessons techniques. Students will be able to continue to search for relevant information and will trained enough to go on the application of lessons learned in the course. Introducing the basic problems of human communication: introduction to the type and structure of communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, emotional literacy, neurolinguistic programming, NLP, basic postulates of transactional analysis, difficult clients, meeting management, effective communication skills, public speaking and business bon ton. Classical lectures with exercises in large groups, small groups and dyads.
