Course specification
Course is active from 01.10.2007.. Acquiring knowledge about the building process of constructions and the ways of organizing work in the process of building constructions. Ability to make organization and construction site study, to make the dynamic construction schedule, as well as the participation in construction site organization and management. Acquired knowledge is directly applied in the engineering practice. Project and building management. Building technology and organization project. Construction site conditions. Relationship between building technology and construction site organization. Construction site organization scheme (contemporary object, application of mechanization). Construction organization. Construction organization and adopted technology. Planning methods (CPM, PERT, Gantt diagram, cycle diagram). Computer aided plan processing. Fundamental documentation in construction. The course is held through lectures in the form of presentation of certain method units and graphic exercises done independently by the students during class with consultations with the teacher assistant. During Practice, students solve given problems (graphic practice) based on the given information (lectures, literature, consultations and general instruction at the beginning of the practice). Examination prerequisites are positively graded works. Part of the practice is done in the computer centre and completed computer practice is a prerequisite for the examination. The examination includes all knowledge presented during the semester and is taken in the written and oral form. Written part of the examination could be taken through 2 modules during the teaching process. Course grade is formed based on the lecture and practice attendance, graphic work grade, computer practice, written and oral part of the examination.
