Introducing students with the development of architecture, art and culture in the context of the development of society and social changes in the pre-historical and ancient epoch. Essential understanding of the nature and logic of social changes in the context of key historical events in the Old Ages, and the development of architecture, art and culture as a consequence or assumption of these changes. Ideas and values of ancient and pre-historical view of the world in contemporary architecture, art and culture. Polytheism. Art, culture and society of pre-historical civilizations. Ancient Greece - archaic, classical and hellenistic period. The emergence of monotheistic religions, societies and states. Ancient Rome. Lectures and workshops. Discussions. Individual student research work.
