Course is active from 01.10.2005.. The objective of the course is to master the basic knowledge in the field of institutional framework of risk management. Also, the objective of the course is to acquire the professional competencies necessary for defining the normative and legal framework and establishing an integrated, functional and efficient system of responsible institutions and entities. Students gain competitions necessary for participation in complex risk management processes, with focus on the importance of establishing a long-term risk management culture through defining the normative and legal framework and establishing an integrated, functional and efficient system of responsible institutions and entities. Institutional basis for risk management. The role of government, non-governmental and international organizations. Public awareness, education, training and research. Legal and regulatory framework for risk management. International strategic frameworks for risk management. Lectures and auditory exercises.
