Acquring the knowledge in the field of large area electronics or printed, flexible and organic electronics realized on flexible substrates such as foil, papers, etc. Ability to understand operationals principles of the basic electronics components fabricated on flexible substrates (such as OTFT, OLED, FPD, etc.).
Ability to design and manufacture different sensors on flexible substrates
Ability to identify the advantages, drawbacks, performances, complementarity and uniqueness of large area manufacturing vs. silicon technology
Ability to use different methds for fabrication of flexible electronics components such as ink-jet printer (DMP-3000)
Ability to design and manufacture RFID on fleixble substrates Printed electronics and large area manufacturing: materials, processes, devices and systems, Unique aspects of printable electronics, Status in the field and trends.
